2 Residents Charged With Drug Offenses In Hoboken: Police
Two Hudson County residents were charged with multiple drug offenses in Hoboken, police said.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A Hoboken and a North Bergen resident were arrested in Hoboken on Friday and charged with drug possession and other offenses, police said.
Police said that Daniel Brinkerhoff, 38, of North Bergen and Madeline Perez, 46, of Hoboken were arrested in the area of 320 Marshall Drive, police said.
Both were charged with possession of CDS, unlicensed entry into a structure, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Perez was also charged with obstruction of law, police said.

Officers Nicholas Protopapadakis and Jessica Arebalo responded around 5 p.m. on that date and observed a person using drugs, they said.
They approached Perez, who was accompanied by Brinkerhoff, they said.

"While on-scene with both individuals, Ms. Perez attempted to walk away and refused to comply with the officers' commands," police said.
Both were arrested. While at headquarters, police found that there was an open warrant for Perez, they said.
Both charges were placed on warrants and they were brought to Hudson County Correctional Facility.
