Hudson County Sheriff's Office Arrests 27 People From Hudson And Essex Counties
The Hudson County Sheriff's Office arrested 27 people, many from Jersey City, on charges from drug distribution to stalking.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office announced on Friday the arrest of 27 people — many from Jersey City — as a result of their December Operation, including a county-wide warrant sweep.
The 27 people who were arrested, and their charges, are:
Sexual Assault

- Luis Medina, 72, Union City, for sexual assault-victim under 13, and probation violation
Aggravated Assault
- Andrew Panariello, 35, Davenport, Fla., for aggravated assault, robbery by force, possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, endangering an injured victim
- Justin K. Matos, 26, Bayonne, aggravated assault for a weapon
- Monae Z. Coleman, 23, Jersey City, aggravated assault
- Giovanni Reid, 24, Brookyn, aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer
- Tamper Clay, 34, Jersey City, aggravated assault

Resisting Arrest
- Francisco Gomez, 34, Newark, resisting arrest and eluding
Burglary
- Dennis J. Mack, 22, Jersey City, burglary
- Felicindo Jimenez, 38, Jersey City, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal trespass
Theft
- Leonardo Borrero, 25, East Orange, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy with multiple objectives, and criminal mischief with damage
- Sebastian Pierrecent, 18, Newark, theft by unlawful taking
Receiving Stolen Property
- Darlyn Garcia, 19, Jersey City, receiving stolen property
- Tobiasz Marchel, 35, Jersey City, receiving stolen property, forgery, possession of a controlled dangerous substance
- Isaiah L. Thomas, 35, East Stroudsburg, Pa. for receiving stolen property, credit card theft, wrongful impersonation, and fraud use of credit card
- Brianna Roach, 26, Jersey City, receiving stolen property
Unlawful Possession of a Weapon
- Dalvin M. Matthews, 24, Rockaway, NY, unlawful possession of a weapon
Criminal Attempt
- Justin Rubio, 32, Jersey City, criminal attempt
Distribution
- Jumari Champagne, 18, Jersey City, dstribution within 500 feet of certain public property
- Rasean Gosa, 42, Jersey City, for manufacturing/distributing a controlled dangerous substance or intent to manufacture/distribute CDS, maintaining/operating a CDS production facility, and knowingly exhibiting a false government-issued ID
Possession Of A Controlled Dangerous Substance
- Jan E. Cotoner, 33, Jersey City, possession of CDS
- Ronnie Baisden, 43, Jersey City, possession of CDS/near school property, probation violation
- Tammy Bland, 56, Newark, possession of CDS/analog and probation violation
- Robert A. Pabillar, 47, Jersey City, poss CDS/analog
Stalking
- Peter Baerga, 40, Jersey City, stalking
Fugitive From Justice
- William Rogers, 25, Jersey City, for being a fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania
- Andy Petithomme, 34, of Brooklyn, for being a fugitive from the state of New York
“I’m very proud of the fine officers who conducted this operation,” said Hudson County Sheriff Frank X. Schillari. “Their dedication and commitment to public safety is unrivaled, and these arrests should send a clear message that breaking the law is not tolerated in Hudson County.”
