HOBOKEN, NJ — A woman from Hoboken has been found safe a week after she was reported missing, officials said on Wednesday.

"We are happy to announce that Allen has been located by members of our Investigations Bureau," the police Tweeted Wednesday morning. "Allen is safe and is no longer considered missing. Thank you to all our officers who assisted and thank you to the public for sharing our tweet and for your concern. We thank you all."

Police had announced on Saturday that the woman, 30, had been missing since Feb. 14, and they gave a description. The details were also sent out by two news organizations and the Hoboken Housing Authority.
