Alcohol Delivery Service Launches In Hoboken And Jersey City

Drizly allows residents to place booze orders on their smart phones for home delivery.

The mid-party refueling trip may soon be a thing of the past in Hoboken.

On Thursday, Drizly – a nationwide alcohol delivery service – announced its expansion into Hoboken and Jersey City.

Powered by a partnership with Super Buy Rite, legal-age drinkers can shop thousands of products right from their smartphone or desktop with delivery promised in an hour or less.

As part of its launch, Drizly is offering free delivery on all orders in Hoboken/Jersey City through the end of August (use the promo code “FreeJersey”).

“By partnering with Super Buy Rite, we are able to offer consumers a wide variety of selection on their favorite beer, wine and liquor at some of the best prices in the area,” stated Nick Rellas, CEO and co-founder of Drizly. “As always, our hope is consumers enjoy the speed and convenience of having alcohol delivered directly to their doorstep.”
