New Sandwich Shop Opens On Hoboken's Hudson Street

HOBOKEN, NJ — While Subway has closed a number of their submarine sandwich shops across the country, their new location in Hoboken is now open.

The shop at 205 Hudson St. replaces Ubu Sushi, which closed earlier this year after 30 years.

The new Subway says it's open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on its website, but the sign on the store says it's open until 11.

The spot is a five-block walk from the Hoboken Train Terminal.
