Stories of Yoga is a monthly evening that brings the wisdom of the yoga tradition to life through story, reflection and practice. Each gathering explores one theme from yoga philosophy, mythology or the wider tradition, and lets the story become a mirror for your own life. November's theme is What Rises When We Begin to Look Within.

The evening begins with a story and time for guided reflection, with optional journaling. The practice that follows changes with the story: gentle yin or restorative yoga, prāṇāyāma, sound, or meditation and yoga nidrā. It closes with quiet integration. The story itself stays a surprise until we gather.

No prior knowledge of yoga philosophy is needed, and each evening stands on its own. Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are provided; bring a journal if you enjoy writing. 16 places. Ticketed separately; not included in memberships, class packs or drop-ins.

Friday, November 13, 6:00–7:30 PM · $40 · with Monisa Parekh
