Chris Christie Is A ‘Fat Bully’ For Road Project Shutdown: N.J. Politician
"He's a fat bully in a schoolyard," a New Jersey politician said after Christie shut down the state's TTF-funded projects.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is a “fat bully in a school yard," according to one New Jersey politician.
North Bergen Freeholder Anthony Vainieri (D-8), used that analogy to describe Christie after the governor shut down all road and train projects that use the state's Transportation Trust Fund (TTF).
The shutdown followed an executive order by Christie, who pledged work would be halted if legislators didn't approve a 23-cent gas tax to fund the TTF, which expired Friday.

When news of Christie’s decision got out, Vainieri had some choice words to share with Hudson County View.
“He’s a fat bully in a schoolyard,” Vainieri said of the Republican governor. “When a little kid doesn’t get his way, he stamps his feet.”

“As always, when our governor can't get his way in Trenton, he holds us all hostages, unless your name is Trump,” Vainieri wrote in a July 8 Facebook post. “Due to his order of all road repairs be stopped immediately, until he gets his way, the paving in Braddock Park is on hold. So our roads will remain in disrepair until he gets his way. This also affects the entire stretch of Park Ave in North Bergen. Call the Governor and demand we fix our roads.”
