The work noted in your email was stopped as soon as I received notification.
As a follow-up to this incident, I will be speaking with the project staff to establish additional protocols to prevent a similar incident.
Yesterday's work start before 8 a.m. was a result of several factors, including insufficient communications between our consultant and their sub-contractor and the fact our prime contractor was not on site to inform them of our work-hours commitment, which I assure you is sincere.
I apologize for the incident and thank you for your email. Please continue to notify me of any concerns.
