Downtown Hoboken Restaurant Closes After 2 Years
"Sad to say that we will be closing our doors," said an Italian cafe on Willow Avenue in Hoboken over the weekend.

HOBOKEN, NJ — After two years serving up sandwiches, huge salads, and Italian dishes on lower Willow Avenue, the owners of One12 Hoboken said Saturday that they're closed for good.
"Sad to say that we will be closing our doors today @one12," the restaurant posted Saturday, with a picture of their menu of last day specials.
They added, "Thank you all for you're support the past 2 years. Stop in if you're in the neighborhood to say hello."

The restaurant, at 112 Willow Ave., had a backyard for eating and playing, something rare in densely developed Hoboken.
"This is so sad!" wrote one fan. "We loved this place.. Justin and crew was fantastic…"

"We had a wonderful birthday party for our son here," said another.
The owners did not respond Monday when asked the reasons for the closing.

While the neighborhood is not as restaurant-rich as Washington Street, that section of Willow Avenue also has Antique Bakery, Chango Kitchen, and Zack's. Nearby, Prime Time Convenience is expanding to renovated digs next door.
