Restaurant In Downtown Jersey City Will Close, But Owner Will Open Another Soon After

Latham House in Jersey City will close next month, but the co-owner and chef will open a new eatery in a growing neighborhood.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — The popular Latham House Restaurant in Jersey City is set to close next month, the owners announced, but the closure will give rise to a new venture in a growing area of the city.

Co-owner and chef Dan Latham has a new eatery in the works.

Latham will become executive chef at the Table at 3 Acres, a restaurant that will open in late April on the west side of the city. It will open in 3 Acres, a large apartment project recently constructed on the western edge of the city, where a light rail stop was built in the last 15 years.
