DWI Charge After Wrong-Way Crash In Hoboken: Police
Hoboken police charged a Woodridge woman with DWI after she allegedly drove down a one-way street and collided with a car.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken police charged a Woodridge woman with DWI after she allegedly drove down a one-way street and collided with a car early Sunday morning, authorities said.
According to the Hoboken Police Department, officers responded to the 400-block of Hudson Street at 1:01 a.m. on Dec. 30 after receiving a report of a motor vehicle accident. On arrival, officers found a 2012 Nissan and a 2007 Toyota, both of which had sustained “visible damage.”
Police determined that the driver of the Nissan - Lauren Radil, 29, of Woodridge – allegedly drove the wrong way down a one-way street, crashing into the Toyota. Nobody was injured during the collision, authorities stated.

Radil was not able to complete a field sobriety test and “stumbled and fell” while speaking to police, authorities alleged.
Police arrested Radil and transported her to headquarters, where a breath sample found her to be “above the legal limit.” In addition, officers found that her car was not registered, authorities said.

Police charged Radil with driving while intoxicated, unregistered vehicle, wrong way on a one-way, DWI in a school zone and reckless driving. She was released to a responsible party.
