Having a baby is a wonderful experience, but a little scary too. Many questions swirl in young parents’ heads, such as: How do we keep our baby healthy and happy? How do we keep our finances in order now that we have added expenses? How do we keep balance in our lives? A first reflex is often to turn to our parents for support, but our parents’ answers to those questions may no longer be up to date – the world has changed significantly since they were raising their families.
That’s why Karin Stewart, Dr. Laura Brayton and John Petersen have joined forces to give Hoboken’s young families the answers to some of today’s challenges in a unique seminar, Dynamic Health, Wealth and Balance for Today’s Families.
During this event, participants will discover 3 easy ways to reclaim their lives and time for themselves; 5 simple steps to avoid hyper-parenting and create balance in family life; 3 keys to financially happy families. Participants will leave with very practical, easy-to-implement strategies to make your family healthier, wealthier and more in balance.
