Family Medicine, OBGYN, Other Specialists To Open Near CVS In Downtown Hoboken

A medical "multispecialty center" with lab testing will open next door to CVS in downtown Hoboken soon.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A multispecial medical center from RWJBarnabas Health will open in Hoboken next to CVS in downtown Hoboken, with a ribbon cutting slated for this Thursday.

The facility will open to the public on Monday, Nov. 27.

RWJBarnabas Health location will offer services including family medicine, physical therapy, imaging services, orthopedics, cardiology, vascular medicine, urology, OBGYN, rheumatology, endocrinology, pulmonology, and laboratory testing in collaboration with providers like JAG Physical Therapy, New Jersey Imaging Network, and LabCorp.

On Thursday, Mayor Ravi Bhalla and local medicalleaders will hold a ribbon-cutting at 3 p.m.

The health center will be located at 59 Newark Ave., next to CVS and a walk of five blocks from the Hoboken Train terminal. See its website here.

RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group includes more than 2,400 primary and specialty health care providers, according to a release.
