First Lady's Visit And Roadwork May Affect Traffic In Hoboken Sunday

HOBOKEN, NJ — A few events are happening in Hoboken on Sunday that may affect traffic, including a visit from the first lady of New Jersey.
The city of Hoboken said in a message Saturday at 2:44 p.m., "Veolia continues to make emergency infrastructure repairs on Eleventh Street between Adams Street to Grand Street. Work is anticipated to continue overnight into tomorrow. The Office of Emergency Management encourages drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes."
Also, the wife of Gov. Phil Murphy, Tammy Murphy, will be visiting Hoboken with 8th District Congressional candidate Rob Menendez Jr. on Sunday morning as part of GOTV (get out the vote) efforts.
