Go-To Kitchen (GTK) In Hoboken Opens, Serves Gourmet Takeout: PHOTOS

HOBOKEN, NJ — So you're heading home from work and you don't want to spend two hours cooking dinner and cleaning up — but dining out costs time and money. And fast food can be unhealthy.

Finally, there's a new option for quick takeout that's not "fast food."

Enter GTK (Go-To Kitchen), a restaurant serving up gourmet food that's quick to order. The premise is that it's like ordering cuisine from various ghost kitchens at once.

From sweet fried rice to jerk chicken to healthy wings and dessert, they're serving up a variety of entrees.

The newest location of GTK, which was founded in Jersey City, had its soft opening on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in Hoboken. It's located at 1014 Washington St., the site of a former Korean grocery store.

The eatery also has a communal table inside for future events.

GTK recently held several previews of their wares, including vegetarian entrees, healthy charbroiled wings, dipping sauces, desserts, and more.
