Go-To Kitchen To Open In Hoboken Next Month, From Owners Of GTK Jersey City
The owner of Ghost Truck Kitchen in Jersey City is doing something new in Hoboken with Go-To Kitchen at the former Korean grocery site.

HOBOKEN, NJ — A new restaurant is set to open in Hoboken next month at the former site of a Korean grocery store on Washington Street, the manager told Patch this week.
GTK at 1014 Washington St. will be the second restaurant from the owners of the Ghost Truck Kitchen on Varick Street in Jersey City.
In Jersey City, GTK was a new concept — offering delivery and catering of a variety of cuisines, as if choosing among several food trucks at once. The "ghost kitchen" serves wings (from Thai curry to garlic Parmesan) and ethnic cuisines including Greek, Indian, and Latin. They also serve sandwiches, salads, and a large variety of desserts.

The Hoboken GTK will also offer a variety of cuisine for takeout. Their website says they'll also offer a rentable Community Table for groups of six to 18 people, with customizable menu options.
Manager Jeff Hemmons and chef Tygee Rivera said the Hoboken version of "GTK," rebranded as Go-To Kitchen, is hopeful for a spring opening.

GTK is owned by Andrew Martino, who started out managing a restaurant on Long Beach Island, NJ. He then managed restaurant groups in San Diego before moving to Jersey City — named one of the "next great food cities" in the U.S. by Food & Wine — with his wife and dog.
GTK is also planning a venture in the growing Bergen-Lafayette section of town, they said. READ MORE: 24-Story Building Growing In Jersey City's Bergen-Lafayette Section
