Hoboken '1Day' Volunteer Event Needs Local Helping Hands

From Hoboken Grace Community Church: Hoboken Grace Community Church will host its seventh annual "1Day" volunteer event on September 30.

1Day will kick off at 301 Garden Street where volunteers will meet and then spread throughout Hoboken to spend a few hours working on projects for various organizations and schools serving our city. Then at 1:30 pm after the completion of the projects the volunteers will come back together for an after-party to celebrate what was accomplished in "just one day."

Volunteers will work in small groups to help local organizations and schools, including the Hoboken Homeless Shelter, Mustard Seed School, and True Mentors.
