Hoboken-Based Education Company Sold To Investor Group

See who purchased Hoboken-based EducationDynamics, a subsidiary of Halyard Capital.

Hoboken-based company EducationDynamics – a subsidiary of Halyard Capital – was sold to an investor group led by Muirlands Capital, KnowledgeShares and Prudential Capital Group, according to a company news release issued last week.

According to the release, Halyard will continue to be a minority investor in EducationDynamics, which is headquartered in Hoboken and has additional offices in Boca Raton, FL, and Newtown Square, PA.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the company news release.

According to its company profile, EducationDynamics partners with more than 900 higher educational institutions to “find the highest-quality student prospects and achieve enrollment goals.”
