Another arrest took place around 10:26 a.m. on Friday, when officers received a report about a disturbance inside the Dunkin’ Donuts near 7th and Washington streets, police said.
When officers arrived on the scene, they allegedly found David Intriago-Baque, 23, of Bayonne, “highly intoxicated” and yelling at people passing by the store, police stated.
Police issued Intriago-Baque a summons for disorderly conduct. Due to his level of intoxication, police called an ambulance and emergency responders transported him to Hoboken University Medical Center, authorities said.
While at the hospital, police found a small bag of suspected marijuana in Intriago-Baque’s possession. Authorities also discovered that he had two outstanding warrants.
Police charged Intriago-Baque with possession of CDS marijuana, possession of CDS paraphernalia, and two counts of bail jumping (out of Bayonne and Hoboken).
