HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken residents had a ball during Halloween 2016, and here are the photos and videos to prove it.
During festivities over the weekend and Monday, Mile Square City residents partook in a variety of events, including trick-or-treating on Bloomfield Street, bar-hopping at dozens of local restaurants and pubs and an annual Hoboken tradition: the Ragamuffin Parade.

While most of Hoboken’s Halloween festivities resulted in smiles, for 21 local revelers, the 2016 holiday ended with an arrest.
