Hoboken Education Company Buys Georgia-Based JMH Consulting

HOBOKEN, NJ — A Hoboken-based education company has purchased JMH Consulting of Atlanta, Georgia, a “transformational event” in its history, spokespeople stated.

EducationDynamics, which has its corporate headquarters on Marine View Plaza in Hoboken, announced earlier this week that it bought JMH Consulting, a company that provides higher education marketing, recruiting, and retention services.

EducationDynamics partners with more than 900 higher educational institutions to find “high-quality student prospects” and reach enrollment goals, according to its website.

The acquisition will help EducationDynamics to “accelerate new student growth and ROI for existing and new partners through offerings of new solutions and expertise from JMH Consulting,” the company stated in a news release.
