Grigoryan joins Special Properties with more than 13 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in residential real estate as either the buyer’s or listing agent, and has specialized experience in dealing with relocations and foreclosures. She is recognized for her ability to negotiate aggressively to ensure clients get the best value, and is committed to providing clients with the highest levels of customer service.
Grigoryan holds several specialized real estate certifications, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She was also recognized as a Bronze Level Circle of Excellence agent from the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

Grigoryan is a graduate of Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting and management. She is a resident of Paramus with her husband and three children, and is fluent in both English and Armenian.
