Hoboken Outdoor Summer Events: 2016 Movies Under The Stars

Hoboken, NJ – There’s nothing that signifies the arrival of summer like outdoor movie season.
Starting Wednesday, the City of Hoboken will host “Movies Under the Stars 2016," a series of free, public screenings in Pier A Park (located on First Street and Frank Sinatra Drive in Hoboken).
Movies generally begin at 9 p.m. in June and July and around at 8:15 pm in August, according to a town news release.

“For the best seating, come early and bring a blanket or comfortable low-back chair,” town officials advise. “You may bring a picnic, but alcohol consumption is not permitted and subject to a fine.”

Schedules are subject to change. In case of heavy rain, film presentation will be canceled
