Hoboken Police To Hold 4th ‘Coffee With A Cop’ Event

The Hoboken event will bring police officers and the community members they serve together… over coffee, organizers say.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The Hoboken Police Department will hold fourth “Coffee with a Cop” meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at La Isla Uptown, at 25 Twelfth Street at the corner of Maxwell Lane.

According to a city news release, “Coffee with a Cop brings police officers and the community members they serve together – over coffee – to discuss issues, learn more about each other, and strengthen community ties.”

In attendance at the meeting will be Hoboken Police Chief Ken Ferrante, Captain Tory Pasculli, Lieutenant Scott Hochstadter, Sergeant Steve Kranz, and Detective Ed Lepre, along with Mayor Dawn Zimmer and Councilwoman Tiffanie Fisher.

Residents are invited to discuss any law enforcement or policing issues at the local, regional or national level in an informal setting. The Hoboken Police Department will provide coffee and pastries.
