Hoboken Police to Offer Child Car Seat Inspections Tomorrow
3 out of 4 children in child safety seats are not properly fastened. Make sure yours isn't one of them at the Hoboken inspection tomorrow.

On Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 11 to 1 p.m, the Hoboken Police Department is inviting members of the public to have their child car seats checked.
Inspections will be conducted by certified officers at 76 Park Avenue, at the Park Avenue entrance to the Hoboken municipal garage. This is a free service performed by the Hoboken Police Department.
Shockingly, three out of four children in child safety seats are not properly secured, and some are not placed in safety seats at all, the NJ Department of Law and Public Safety reports. In the United States, car crashes are the number one cause of death in children ages 6 months and older.
