Hoboken Public Library to Host Women's Empowerment Event

On Thursday, March 26 at 7 p.m., the Hoboken Public Library and Elizabeth Barry, in presentation with Hoboken Women’s Network and Lady Savant, will host an event that showcases “feminine awesomeness amongst power-women in Hoboken.”

The event centers on the free, downloadable eBook “Wisdom of the Years,” which features motivational stories from nearly 20 female Hoboken residents. There will be a live reading from the book by key speakers, followed by surprise guests and a mini-writing workshop where participants can write their own “Letter to their Younger Self.”

Refreshments will be served.
