Hoboken Schools Close For Snow: 'Watch Netflix,' Superintendent Says
"Some have asked if we could have a remote learning day," the Hoboken superintendent said as part of her announcement.
HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Just like in Jersey City, the Hoboken public schools will be closed for a snow day on Monday.

Superintendent Christine Johnson said, "The Hoboken Public School District will be closed tomorrow (Monday, January 26th) due to inclement weather. Some have asked if we could have a remote learning day. The NJ DOE has not approved remote learning for snow. Use this traditional snow day to stay home with family members or friends.

As much as 13 inches of snow and sleet are expected to fall in Hudson County before Monday morning.

The NWS expects 7-11 inches of snow starting early Sunday, then 1-2 inches at night, and ice and sleet into the next morning.
