Hoboken Trader Joe's Building Opens, Grocery Store Coming Next Year
City Council President: "The northwest corner of Hoboken has become a thriving neighborhood"

HOBOKEN, NJ — It’s time for another Hoboken Trader Joe’s tease.
Hudson County and City of Hoboken officials joined representatives from Advance Realty on Wednesday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Harlow, the developer’s new “lifestyle-oriented” community of 140 luxury apartments at 1330 Willow Avenue in Hoboken.
The seven-story building will be the home of the much-anticipated Hoboken Trader Joe’s location, which is slated to open next year on the building’s ground floor.

According to a company news release, the building’s mix of studio-, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences will have access to amenities such as a 24-hour concierge, an outdoor pool and landscaped deck, a fitness center, children’s play room, common rooftop terrace with barbeques, fire pits and lounge areas, a resident lounge with WiFi, flat screen TVs, pool table and seating areas, multiple business centers, a package room for deliveries, bike storage and an on-site parking garage.
Additionally, Harlow provides residents with a free shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH station.

"The northwest corner of Hoboken has become a thriving neighborhood, and Harlow is now a huge part of the community here," Hoboken City Council President Jennifer Giattino said.
