Hoboken Water Main Break: Crews Restoring Connection With Jersey City
Water testing was completed Saturday evening.

Crews were deployed Sunday morning to restore Hoboken’s water connection with the Jersey City supply. As a result of the switch from the company’s interconnection in Weehawken to the Jersey City water supply, Hoboken customers may experience some discolored water during the emergency operation.
All water quality testing was completed Saturday evening after repairs were completed to the water main that connects the Jersey City water supply with Hoboken. No boil water advisory is in effect.
According to Suez Water, residents should wait until the water runs clear before drinking or washing clothes or dishes.
