HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — With a new year come new milestones… including pet adoptions.
Earlier this month, the Liberty Humane Society – which provides animal control and shelter services for Hoboken and Jersey City – shared a heartwarming photo of its first “adoptee” of 2017, a dog named “Ginger Snap.”
