Jesse 'Daniel' James Joins Special Properties' Hoboken

His appointment is part of Special Properties’ ongoing expansion throughout the northern New Jersey region.

James comes to Special Properties with more than a decade of experience in art brokerage, organizational development and real estate investment. As part of his previous work, James established the MJC America Group in 2010 to centralize and provide administrative support for his real estate and business ventures. With many of his ventures rooted in creative multimedia and luxury lifestyle services, James hopes to capitalize on those elements and function primarily in a real estate brokerage and sales capacity.

Aside from real estate, James is very passionate about the arts and grassroots development in rural American communities. He is a member of several iconic museums, a patron of ballets and operas, as well as a fundraising participant for grassroots community development efforts. Primary to his community service and focus is raising funding towards research into a cure juvenile diabetes (Type 1). In his spare time, Mr. James enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews on his family estate in New Mexico, exploring the New York tristate area with close friends, traveling, and exploring the wonders of the classic writers.
