Katherine Petsinis Joins Special Properties’ Hoboken Office

Special Properties Real Estate Services, LLC, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate and the fastest-growing real estate brokerage in the region, welcomes Katherine Petsinis, a seasoned real estate professional with more than 13 years of industry experience, to its Hoboken, NJ office as a Realtor Associate. Katherine is part of the agency’s ongoing growth and expansion throughout Hudson County and northern New Jersey, as well as southern New York State.

A current resident of Mountainside and a 15-year former resident of Hoboken, Petsinis knows all the unique features that both counties and the region has to offer. She focuses her energy on ensuring a stress-free process for her clients, using a well-executed marketing plan and her savvy negotiation skills with each property.

Petsinis has been recognized for her industry expertise with a number of awards, including being an annual recipient (since 2006) of the Circle of Excellence award from the New Jersey Association of Realtors. This award recognizes agents with annual sales totals over $2.5 million. She is a member of Garden State Multiple Listing Service and the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service.
