Korean Fusion Restaurant Opens In Downtown Hoboken

What do you get when you combine the "fresh food" concept with a Korean fusion restaurant?

HOBOKEN, NJ — What do you get when you combine the “fresh food” concept with a Korean fusion restaurant? So Gong Dong Fresh, a recently opened eatery at 70 Hudson Street in downtown Hoboken.

The restaurant – which will celebrate its grand opening and launch of delivery services on Sept. 26 - is a partnership between the owners of Fresh U Grill and Juice Bar and So Gong Dong Restaurants, according to a company news release.

So Gong Dong Fresh offers in-house, take-out and delivery services of Korean classics, American classics and multitude of fusion offerings. The menu is centered around wraps, Bibimbaps, rice bowls, Soon Du bu and build-your-own offerings in a newly renovated space.
