Man Gets Assault Charge After Hoboken Police See Him Push Woman: Cops
Hoboken police saw a Jersey City man walk up to a woman and push her on Monday night, they said.
HOBOKEN, NJ — A Jersey City man was arrested near the Hoboken/Jersey City border on Monday night after police saw him push a woman from behind, they said.
Kenneth Harvin, 59, of Jersey City was arrested at 421 Newark St. and charged with simple assault and bail jumping, police said.

Valero gas station on Newark Street "and witnessed Harvin walk up to a woman and push her
from behind, causing her to lose her balance."
The woman ran away before police could get her information, police said.

An investigation found that there was already a warrant out for Harvin in Hoboken, they said.
He was arrested, processed, and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility, police said.
