Man Threatened Hoboken Cops, Urinated On Wall At Headquarters: PD
A man spit on Hoboken cops and struggled when they tried to handcuff him. He later urinated on a wall at police HQ, authorities said.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Police charged a 41-year-old man with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest and other offenses after he allegedly put up a struggle against officers last weekend, authorities said.
According to the Hoboken Police Department, officers responded to the Hoboken Shelter at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday after receiving a report about a “disorderly” man inside the building.
On arrival, the officers found a group of men holding down Vimalesh Patel, 41. The officers tried to take control of Patel, but he spit on them and resisted their attempts to handcuff him, authorities said.

Patel “threatened the officers several times with bodily injury” until they were able to place him in a police car. He was transported to headquarters, where he urinated on the wall and floor, authorities said.
Police charged Patel with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, three counts of throwing bodily fluids, harassment and criminal mischief. He was transported to Hoboken University Medical Center to be cleared for incarceration.
