HOBOKEN, NJ — For many hours (many, many hours) after the early Ragamuffin Parade in Hoboken, kids trick-or-treated and parents handed out candy and admired the elaborate displays.
After a hiatus for the pandemic, people seemed ready to let their spooky side fly.
