HOBOKEN, NJ — After a hiatus for the pandemic, Hoboken's 58-year-0ld Halloween tradition — the Ragamuffin Parade — kicked off from upper Washington Street for 2021, featuring goblins and Ghostbusters, Roblox characters and Squid Games outfits.

HPD reminds drivers to reduce their speed, be alert for trick-or-treaters who may come out from between parked cars, turn on their headlights, and stop before crosswalks to allow pedestrians to cross safely.
