NORTH JERSEY - Calling all Wawa fans: the cult-favorite convenience chain’s newest store opens Thursday in the Garden State with freebies galore.

The new location is in North Bergen at 7408 Tonnelle Ave. The store will be giving out free coffee all day and a free tee shirt for the first 100 customers, as well as host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9 a.m.

The 5,051-square-foot location officially opens at 8 a.m. It will join the likes of Starbucks, Target, Lowe’s and Home Depot in the area, alongside a new Chick-fil-A that is currently under construction.
