HOBOKEN, NJ — Got a gripe – or a compliment – about NJ Transit service? Save it for Monday, May 14. That’s when NJ Transit executives and senior management will host their latest “We Are Listening” forum at Hoboken Terminal.

According to a news release from the agency:

“NJ Transit conducts the forums to give customers the opportunity to speak directly to NJ Transit’s executive director, general managers of operations and senior level staff. Customers are encouraged to stop by with any questions they may have and to offer any feedback about their commuting experiences.”

“Customer feedback gathered through the forums, as well as through customer surveys, is an important part of NJ Transit’s Scorecard initiative to provide the public with a clear measurement of how the corporation is performing. The feedback is used to target specific improvements in order to boost customer satisfaction.”

NJ Transit officials will be available to speak with customers from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. outside the Hoboken Terminal waiting room.
