"I'm a pharmacy technician that works at a chain pharmacy near Grand Central. What I can say about this problem is, that every year, Americans die with high toxicity levels of acetaminophen and other narcotic-derived substances that eventually will cause irreversible liver damage. Sadly, this country has a culture of drug consumption that has been embraced;regardless of ethnic background, social or economic status. In conclusion, the FDA should enforce tougher regulations on these drugs."

Friends,
I know what pain is, as I had it to the point of losing my conscious, and I have seen my poor mother passing out from it too.
In my case - I was in a very hard labor - my son pressing on my spine with his head. Â It did not cross my mind for a moment to take a medication, as I had my precious one inside (I refused meds after C-section too). Â This whole situation could have been corrected with a simple solution - a drop of Peppermint therapeutic grade essential oil on my spine, and my baby would have turned around within 40 minutes!
For my mother, it would be not that simple, as she had a tumor pressing on her rectum. Â
I wish I knew then, what I know now...
When I am in pain - the last thing on my mind is to use medications. Â I search for solution to the problem.
When I was in pain from a dislocated shoulder, I still did not use medications - I used reflexology to stop the pain, and listened to a relaxation tape to fall asleep. Â
When I had a broken rib - I still went hiking, because I wanted to hike. Â I came home and put homeopathic cream on, as back then I did not know about therapeutic grade essential oils.
When I had a twisted stomach, I went to a chiropractor to balance my body. Â Later on I learnt a quicker solution with the essential oils.
Here is the file I put together to help people in pain:

To your health! Â Na zdorov'e!
