HOBOKEN, NJ — A colorful hair salon on upper Washington Street in Hoboken has packed up for good and is "going mobile," according to signage on its doors.

On Saturday, disco music could be heard blaring from Spesh at 932 Washington St. It was one last hurrah for the offbeat business, which often had humorous sayings on signage out front.

Steven Torres, a stylist, barber, and DJ, opened the salon in 2017.
