Quarterly Review Q2, 2013 - One to 4 Family Sales in Hoboken

1-4 Family Sales in Hoboken for Q2 2013.  Very few one to 4 family homes sold in Q2.... only 7.  There are 14 under contract waiting to close over the summer and I presume a few more than that will close by the end of Q3.  3 out of the 7 went above asking, 2 others went at asking and one went for 4% less than list price.  4% is significant particularly went you look at it in absolute terms.
