Registration Opens for 'Art in the Park'

The Hoboken Cultural Affairs Office is now registering enrollees for its “Art in the Park” program, a six-week creative arts program for toddlers, ages four and under, taking place at Elysian and Pier A parks.

A local preschool teacher will help children create art with play dough, paint, glue, bubbles and more. The cost of the six-week session is $25. Each session accepts 60 children.

Participants can choose early morning sessions from 9 to 10:30 a.m., or mid-morning sessions from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sessions will take place at:

• Pier A on Mondays: June 15, 22, 29, July 6, 13, 20

• Pier A on Wednesdays: June 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22

• Elysian on Tuesdays: June 16, 23, 31, July 7, 14, 21

• Elysian on Thursdays: June 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23
