School Board Slate Talks Issues, Plans

Incumbents Carmelo Garcia and Frances Rhodes Kearns as well as newcomer Peter Biancamano are talking issues and plans in these videos.

On April 27, Hobokenites will cast their votes for . The seats are for three-year terms.

Incumbents Carmelo Garcia and Frances Rhodes Kearns—both are running for their fourth term—have joined together with Peter Biancamano, born and raised in Hoboken, who now works at msnbc. Biancamano, 25, is running for office in Hoboken for the first time.

The three candidates are battling the slate for the seats on the board.

Hoboken Patch caught up with the candidates during a recent meet and greet at the Hoboken Public Library and before Monday night's . Among other things, the candidates were asked about their plans, what they think of the governor and what their own grade point average was in high school.
