The Downtown Farmers' Market, scheduled to start today at the new park on Observer Highway, between Jackson Street and Harrison Street, will instead open on Thursday, June 23, and run from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the city said.
When Patch reached out for an explanation of the postponement, a city spokesperson said, "Unfortunately, the farmer informed us that they were unable to make it today."
