Street Sweeping/Parking Changes, And What's Closed In Hoboken On Election Day

HOBOKEN, NJ — For Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 8, city offices are closed and some parking rules have changed. See the rundown below.

- The Hoboken Public Schools are closed Tuesday.
- Municipal offices will be closed.
- Street cleaning will be suspended.
- All other parking rules and regulations (residential parking, permit parking, metered parking) will remain in effect.
- The Senior Hop shuttle service will operate on an adjusted schedule and route for Election Day, the city said. The senior shuttle will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.from the Multi-Service Center at 124 Grand St. to eight other polling locations throughout the City, including Church Towers, Hoboken High School, Fox Hill Gardens, Wallace Elementary School, Brandt School, Demarest School/Hoboken Middle School, David E. Rue Building, City Hall, and Monroe Gardens.
All other Hop service lines will be suspended on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
