Jersey City Heights is located on the Palisades hills, west of Hoboken.
A report on NBC News gave more information: "Three law enforcement sources with knowledge of the case say the mother ran, screaming, into the street after the boy started gasping at the family's Baldwin Street home. An off-duty EMT heard her cries and tried to help resuscitate the boy, they said ... The house isn't far from the hospital where the boy was taken."
Baldwin Avenue runs north into the Heights neighborhood near Christ Hospital.
However, another media report contradicted that report, saying a radio transmission indicated no parents on the scene.
