New Downtown Farmer's Market Canceled In Hoboken, City Says

Staffing issues have forced Hoboken to cancel a new downtown farmer's market, the city said Wednesday, but there are two others.

HOBOKEN, NJ — The new Downtown Farmers' Market in Hoboken has been canceled for good due to staffing issues, the city said Wednesday.

However, Hoboken will continue its two other farmers' markets running each week (see more details below).

Before being canceled, the Downtown Farmers' Market had been postponed twice. Last week, it was due to "farmer staffing ability," the city said. It was scheduled to run at the new Southwest Park on Observer Highway, between Jackson and Harrison streets.
