Hoboken Tree Lighting Rescheduled Due to Possible Nor’easter
The Hoboken Tree Lighting, which was originally scheduled for Dec. 9 due to inclement weather, has been rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 15. The tree lighting will begin at 5 p.m. outside City Hall, located at 94 Washington Street. The tree lighting ceremony will be hosted by Elvis the Elf, and WCBS-FM 101.1 will have prizes and giveaways. Additionally, Santa Claus will be in attendance to greet the audience!

Come Research Your Family Tree at the Hoboken Public Library
Randi Koenig, a professional genealogist with more than 15 years international experience, will be hosting a genealogy workshop at the Hoboken Public Library, located at 500 Park Ave. Attend the workshop and see if you can find out any interesting (or surprising!) details you can find out about your family. Annual Holiday Banding Concert
Come see some of your favorite local musicians play classic holiday songs at the annual Holiday Banding Concert! Doors open at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14, at the Hoboken Elk’s Lodge, located at 1005 Washington St. Admission is $8 and proceeds go to support Movies Under the Stars.
