“PAX” Group Exhibition

Check out the hob’art Gallery, located at 720 Monroe St., on Sunday, Jan. 18, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. for an artwork project by the hob’art cooperative gallery artists - some of the artists include France Garrido, Liz Cohen, Alberte Bernier, Tom Egan, and others.

Health and Wellness: “Shoprite Kids’ Culinary Workshop: I Love Peanut Butter Edition”

Stop by the Hoboken ShopRite, located at 900 Madison St., on Monday, Jan. 19, at 4:30 p.m. for a culinary workshop for kids led by in-store dietitian Jenna Stock and Chef Vicki. The workshop is a fun way for kids to learn to make nutritious meals, and this session features apples with creamy peanut butter dip, peanut butter and grape muffins, and peanuty noodles; and sun butter will be used instead of peanut butter. Program space is limited.

Hoboken Comedy Festival Improv Comedy Class

Stop by Maxwell’s Tavern, located at 1039 Washington St., on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 3:30 p.m. for a Hoboken Comedy Festival Improv class. The class is designed for ages 4-6 using theater games and group building activities to help develop comedy talents and foster imaginative thinking, group cohesion, critical listening, leadership, public speaking, culminating with a special performance. Program capacity of 15 people.
